Why I Started FastSupport.io
I’ve spent more than 25 years solving IT problems for organizations that cannot afford downtime. Today, I lead multiple technical functions for a large international manufacturer, covering everything from help desk and infrastructure to networking and security. The work demands discipline, clear communication, and systems that hold up when the stakes are high.
I started FastSupport.io because I kept seeing small and mid-sized businesses receive the leftover attention of IT providers focused on larger contracts. Businesses like yours deserve the same proactive mindset, accountability, and response standards that enterprise organizations rely on—in a relationship and service model that actually fits your needs.
My background includes CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and Scrum Fundamentals certifications, as well as a BBA from Strayer University. More important than the credentials, though, is the commitment behind them: bring practical, dependable IT leadership to businesses that deserve to be treated like a priority.
